Booking (animal):

• By call: Passengers must contact the airline at least 72 hours before departure on 45 75 33 16 11.

Service animals

• Available service: Helper dog, Emotional Support Dog
• Free cabin transport
• Free hold transport for emotional support dogs on non-U.S. flights
• To be informed at least 14 days before departure by phone
• In the event of a flight of more than 10 hours, the passenger must confirm that the animal will be able to manage the flight.
• Passengers will be assigned a seat with more space.
• A company representative will accompany the passenger to the waiting spot for the next flight.
• It is recommended to take a fleece bed and absorbent pads
• The animal must:
  • be trained to assist the passenger with disability or health
  • wear a harness or identification jacket
  • have the necessary documentation proving training as a service dog
  • stay under control
  • The passenger takes care of the animal’s needs

Health conditions

• The passenger must hold the passport and other documents necessary for transportation.
