- The passenger must inform the presence of the animal at the booking. The passenger must notify the airline 48 hours before departure.
- The animal stands at the foot of the passenger.
- The animal is kept on a leash with the pet seat belt.
- The animal must wear a muzzle. This may not be required under certain conditions.
- The passenger must have a document stating that the dog will not be able to do his needs on board the aircraft or that he will do his needs so as not to create a health problem during the flight.
- The passenger must have a certificate attesting to the animal’s assistance function, with documents to be given to days justifying the need for support.
- Size and weight restrictions apply.

- Puppies, kittens: they are weaned
