  • Three forms to complete at least 48 hours before the flight
  • Form for healthcare professional or mental health specialist
  • Veterinary health form confirming that it has been trained to behave properly in a public environment
  • Confirmation of passenger responsibility and form regarding behavior of psychiatric / emotional support animal
  • Letter from a licensed healthcare professional
  • In the event of an animal weighing more than 65 pounds, the company will determine if it is fit for flight

Service animals trained to perform tasks

  • Minimum age: 4 months
  • Ex: Assistance for people with visual impairments, deafness or epilepsy, and people with reduced mobility.

Health conditions

  • Minimum age: 16 weeks
  • The passenger must inform himself of the regulations of the countries of departure, transit, and arrival.
  • Travel to the continental United States:
    • The passenger must have a health certificate and proof of vaccination against rabies.
      • Owner’s name, phone number and address
      • Information relating to the identification of the animal, including breed, sex, age, color and spots
      • The date of vaccination and the name of the vaccine administered;
      • The date the vaccine expires. If no expiration date is indicated, vaccination must have been completed within 12 months of arrival in the United States.
      • After the rabies vaccine, it is not possible to travel within 30 days of vaccination

The tariff

125 USD per way.

If a stopover lasts more than 4 hours in the United States, or more than 24 hours outside the United States, an additional charge of 125 USD will be required.
