The fare
Animals under 10 kilos are transported free of charge.
Dogs weighing more than 10 kilos are transported for a price of 50 euros
General rules

Rules for dogs over 10 kilos
- Dogs weighing more than 10 kilos must be on a leash.
- They must be muzzled as they go up, down the train, and at the request of the flight attendants.
- This service is available in Flex, Prima, Comfort class, on an Evo train or a Smart vibe.
- The passenger remains responsible for the animal and any damage it may cause, even if it escapes or gets lost.
- Animals should not occupy a seat or table.
- Foreign animals must have a passport and a relevant identification system.
- Dogs must have a dog registry registration certificate.
- Animals should not disturb other passengers. The company reserves the right to move the passenger and their pet or to get them off the train if this is not respected.
- These dogs have a dedicated place in Smart, Comfort, Prima atmospheres.
- A kit including a odour-proof mat to be placed under the dog is given to the passenger once on board.
Rules for animals under 10 kilos
- Number of animals per passenger: 1
- Animals under 10 kilograms must be transported in a container
- The container is placed in the baggage area or near the passenger.
- The container has a legible indication of the passenger’s name and address.
- The passenger remains responsible for the animal and any damage it may cause, even if it escapes or gets lost.
- Animals should not occupy a seat or table.
- Foreign animals must have a passport and a relevant identification system.
- Dogs must have a dog registry registration certificate.
- Animals should not disturb other passengers. The company reserves the right to move the passenger and their pet or to get them off the train if this is not respected.
Exchange and refund
After a cancellation, or train downtime following a change, the ticket will be refunded up to 80%.
