General rules
- Animals must be transported in a rigid container on HIFE buses.
- The container does not allow the animal to escape.
- The passenger remains responsible for the animal.
- The animal is transported in the hold.
- The exit of the animal’s cargo hold must be done without the presence of other passengers in the vicinity so as not to have a situation that could have consequences on these passengers.
- The passenger places the animal in the hold himself, following the instructions given.
