- The passenger must be able to prove the certification of the animal, and its “use”. He must also be able to prove it orally.
- The care and supervision of the animal remains the responsibility of the passenger.
- The animal is not subject to the obligation to wear a harness, a leash or to be tied up, except during the taxi, take-off, turbulence and landing.
- The animal should not sit on a seat.
- The animal must not obstruct the aisles.
- The animal must stand correctly.
- The passenger will be offered a seat with as much space as possible depending on availability.
- The animal must respect the different regulations of the countries of departure, transit and arrival.
- The passenger must inform the company at least 48 hours before departure.
- The animal will be visually inspected before being accepted.

- Certificate of good health issued by the veterinarian (drawn up at the latest 72 hours before departure)
- Health certificate (issued in Tahiti by the Directorate of Rural Development of French Polynesia valid for 4 months from the date of issue)
- Identification tattoo or microchip
