- Services available: Guide dog, Guide dog hearing loss
- Free transportation in the cabin
- The passenger must inform the company when booking.
- Check-in must be done at least two hours before the flight.
- The passenger must hold a certificate from a competent institution showing that the dog has successfully passed the training process for monitoring persons with visual and / or hearing impairments.
- This service is not available in countries with strict restrictions on the import / transit / export of animals: Great Britain, United Arab Emirates (only guide dogs are allowed), other countries with a such prohibition.
- The dog must:
- The dog is muzzled.
- The dog is not in a container.
- He is lying at the feet of the passenger.
- He is not on a seat.
- He is not dangerous, does not have a bad smell, is not aggressive.
- He is vaccinated against rabies.
- He holds all the documents necessary for the trip.
- The passenger did the necessary concerning the entry permits of the different countries.
Health conditions
- Passenger must know the import and export rules and have all documents
- The passenger must have all the documents necessary for the travel of the animal (import permit …)
- He is not dangerous, does not have a bad smell, is not aggressive.
- The passenger has the rabies vaccination certificate for the animal, as well as any other health certificate required in the country of departure, transit, or destination.

- 1 container per passenger: 2 animals of the same litter in a maximum container
- Maximum weight: 8 KILOS (INCLUDING THE CONTAINER)
