- It is advisable to arrive 30 minutes before the recommended time
- In the event of a flight of more than 8 hours: a certificate may be requested that the animal will not relieve itself or do so without posing a health problem on board.
- Passengers travelling with a service dog can sit in any seat, as long as the dog does not obstruct the passage of the corridor or any other place that must remain free for safety reasons. For the duration of the flight, your dog must wear a harness (car) and must be attached to your seat belt.
- The dog must behave appropriately in public spaces, otherwise it will not be considered a service dog.
- Passenger must:

- Fill out the application form
- For an Emotional Support Dog: Have (and have sent) a signed statement from the mental health care provider less than a year old indicating different elements

IATA Approved Material : Fiberglass shell or rigid plastic The wheels are removed or blocked. Allows the animal to stand, turn on itself and lie down comfortably and safely. A centralized locking system closes the locks at the bottom and top of the door. An absorbent material is placed on the ground (straw is forbidden). Bolts bind the two parts of the container. The door hinge and locking pins fit in at least 1.6 cm beyond the horizontal extrusions above and below the door opening where the pins are installed. A label with the animal’s name and feeding instructions is attached to the container. Refused containers: Wooden, with metal bars or welded metal mesh. |

Food and water
Staff cannot give food or water to the animal during the flight. The container must hold 2 fixed food bowls or 1 bowl of fixed food with 2 compartments for food and water.
The fare
Between 30 and 200 euros depending on the destination.
In the event of a transfer to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport of 2 hours or more, the passenger will have to pay 150 euros. The animal will receive additional care at the pet hotel, it will be fed and watered. If it is a dog, it will be walked, if it is a cat, the litter will be changed. In addition, they will be placed in a more spacious cage.
